Custom WZ. file: New Start to the Game

In the beginning of the game, you all know that if you don't click with your mouse, then the Nexon and Wizet Logo's come up.
Other servers however have it quite differentiated.
Some actually say the name of the server, while others plainly have some character spring
across the screen.

What if this server had something similar to that? Maybe like the banner go through the Nexon and Wizet logos?
Well thats all for now. If I get more info on this i'll post it :O

Theres another one coming
In another server, I've found that there was an EXP Seller.
In other words, a certain NPC, perhaps a character NPC sells a certain
amount of EXP for money from a player.
This should be for the players whom are having a pretty hard time getting
their first rebirth, or just plainly leveling.
Assuming that no one would spam the NPC, is this a good suggestion?

you can train by yourself till your good i started snowms and i suck so much now i am top 3 it takes time to get better and better

I would prefer it TO! But i would give something SnowMS i got some nice idea whit that too! If you can edit the wz files it's great too! But my friends is a very good editer. Mind if i ask him?
