England is in Britain so yes "Britain and England ppl" are the same. But you dont say "Britain ppl" you say British ppl or English ppl. There are different kinds of British ppl; English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish. English= ppl from England, Scottish= from Scotland, Welsh= from Wales and Irish= from Ireland (only northern ireland is part of britain, ireland is separate country). England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are all part of Britain also known as United Kingdom or Great Britain.
